I’m in the process of trying to find a builder that specializes in Orlando custom homes. I’ve been saving for a house for a long time and just don’t want to purchase the first thing that comes along. To prevent this, I’ve decided I want to hire a builder that will help me customize a home from the ground up.

Since I’ve never hired a builder before, I’ve been doing some research on the Internet. What I’m finding is that there are a whole lot of homes for sale in Florida and a whole lot of custom home builders around that can create more.

To find the best builder to create my home, I’m taking advice I found about selecting the right custom home builder. To this end, I’m looking for a builder with:

• Experience - It takes skill, knowledge and experience to build a home correctly. It takes even more to create a dream house.
• Reputation - It doesn’t make sense to hire a builder who isn’t noted for quality work. I’m insisting on a stellar reputation.
• Variety - A lot of custom homes start out with the same floor plans and then move forward to modifications. I want a builder who has a ton of models to select from and then personalize.

I’m pretty close to making my final decision. I’ve found a builder who is not only noted in Orlando, but is considered topnotch among custom home builders in Panama City, as well. This could be the one!
