Relationships are never easy. They are made significantly more difficult during times of life that are stressful, such as when you are busy with college. That’s especially true when going through a program like the one at Sanford Brown Institute Garden City.
At schools like this (or its sister school Sanford Brown Institute Jacksonville) you’re going to learn a lot of information in a short period of time. You’re also going to need to be very focused on the goal of getting into a job in the medical industry once you graduate.
Although these schools aren’t as tough as a university medical school, they don’t leave a lot of time for developing and nurturing relationships. For that reason, many students at schools like these opt to stay single during their time in school.
This isn’t to say that a student starting classes at one of these schools should end a relationship he or she is already in. But it’s a reminder that you might not want to launch a new relationship during the course of your education even if you meet someone at school that seems great.
Hold off, be friends and focus on your studies. You can always kindle that romance later when there’s more time to devote to the relationship.
